1. Compliance with Moroccan Law 09-08

SiaraCash complies with law 09-08 of 18 February 2009 relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, under the supervision of the CNDP (National Commission for the Control of Personal Data Protection).

The CNDP is responsible for verifying that personal data processing is lawful, legal, and does not infringe on privacy, freedoms, and fundamental human rights.

2. Requirements of Law 09-08

• Fair and transparent collection: data is collected and processed fairly, lawfully, and transparently.
• Accuracy and updating: we ensure the accuracy and updating of your data.
• Specific purpose: data is necessary, proportionate, and not excessive in light of the processing purpose.
• Limited duration: data enabling identification of individuals is kept for a limited duration, not exceeding the duration necessary to accomplish the purpose.
• Security: we take all useful precautions to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the data in our possession.

3. Compliance with the European GDPR

The GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is the reference text for the protection of personal data within the European Union, in force since 25 May 2018. SiaraCash is committed to complying with this regulation when we process the data of European residents, particularly Moroccans Residing Abroad (MRE).

In accordance with law 09-08 and the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of rectification: you can request the correction of inaccurate data.
